bus pass
September 15, 2019. To Platform, Easterhouse, on the number 60 bus to introduce my project. Asking people en route how they use their bus pass and what they think of it. Includes a few images taken on subsequent 'bus pass' days. Photographs by Frank McElhinney (most of them), Lindsay Leboyer (7,8,9,11) and Duncan McLaren (10,12,13). Thanks to Lindsay for curatorial assistance as well. Thanks also to Margaret McCormack and Jenny Brownrigg for hosting me, and VACMA for funding. Ross Fleming designed the costume. Several artist friends accompanied me on my bus trips or turned up at the events - thanks to all.
